Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

Fresh strawberries filled with a creamy cheesecake filling—an easy no-bake dessert perfect for summer.

Ingredients
  

12 large fresh strawberries
200 g cream cheese, softened
60 g powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp heavy cream (optional)

Method
 

Wash and thoroughly dry strawberries, then remove tops and hollow slightly.
    Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
      Pipe filling into each strawberry and slightly overfill.
        Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

          Notes

          Best eaten within 24 hours. Do not freeze. Dry strawberries well to prevent runny filling.
